WINERY BAR + ENTRY

BRIEF
The brief was to develop a spatial design solution for the entry of Ghost Rock's Cellar Door and Restaurant, to open up the space, manage traffic flow better and refresh the space.
 
Specifically we were required to redesign the bar area which also doubled as point of sale counter and retail display space.  The design solution involved reconfiguring the counter entirely, creating a bar that ran along the wall to open up the space. In addition, a seperate meet and greet station and point of sale area were also created to divert traffic and avoid bottle neck situations during peak times.  Storage was also specified on the wall behind the bar for retail display.​​​​
